Simultaneous Logins/Connection Sharing Policy

All access accounts have a predefined number of computer connections allowed per account. Exceeding the number of computer connections allowed on any given account may result in additional charges to that account.

For instance, all dial-up access accounts that do not inlude NAT are limited to one computer connection per dial-up account purchased. Exceeding these limitations may result in the following steps:

• Email to the customer indicating a possible security breach has occurred and instructions to call a support representative if the customer believes this to be the case.
• Inform the customer they may want to change their password and point them to the resource online.
• Inform the customer that they will be billed $5.00 for each simultaneous login occurrance.
• Inform the customer by continuing to use the account, they are agreeing to the terms of this policy.
